Commissioned to create a master plan for this renowned museum, DWY focused on creating connectivity while maintaining historical integrity. The first built phase focused on enhancing the waterfront grounds south of the Ca d’Zan mansion. A campiello was designed to host events while a walkway lined with Royal Palms runs along the waterfront providing city views and a connection between the mansion, the campiello, event parking and the art museum.
