Changes in lifestyles, material standards, level of finish, and market trends drove the client’s decision to completely renovate and improve the amenity level of this 32-story Miami beachfront condo designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.

DWY reviewed existing conditions and developed a design that addressed spatial modifications and material upgrades for the pool, spa, and tennis areas. DWY also developed a lush, tropical planting design with associated irrigation and lighting for the entire site to withstand the marine environment and better connect the building to its beachfront location. By working closely with the condominium’s board of directors, landscape committee, and interested residents, DWY navigated the concerns of different stakeholders and delivered a project that enhanced residents’ enjoyment of the common areas, increased property values and embraced Miami luxury living.
